About Jeff
I’ve worked with residential and commercial architectural clients since 1982 and as a sales associate with Coldwell Banker since 2009. I feel fortunate to live in today’s dynamic real estate environment when our neighborhoods and communities are being shaped.
I grew up in New Jersey and Ohio. I have been part of the Cambridge and Somerville communities for thirty since 1982. I regularly contribute time and experience to community organizations. I received my architectural training at the University of Cincinnati and worked for several prominent Cambridge and Boston area architectural firms before starting my own practice.
Clients have told me that they appreciate my friendliness, knowledge, drive, attention to detail, and my pragmatic problem-solving approach to real estate transactions.
I actively support local and neighborhood organizations that contribute to our quality of life by volunteering my time and expertise. Organizations that I support include Union Square Main Streets, East Somerville Main Streets, Mt. Auburn Hospital, Somerville Historic Preservation Commission and the Cambridge Community of Real Estate Professionals. I attend many local meetings and workshops including those for the re-design of Massachusetts Avenue between Harvard and Porter Squares as well as those for Somerville’s Green Line. A portion of each of my commissions is donated to Coldwell Banker Cares.
I have been a member of the United States Green Building Council, American Institute of Architects, Boston Society of Architects and Somerville Historic Preservation Commission.
